Campus Recruitment Program (CRP)

The traditional concept



AIESEC in Belgium has been running its Campus Recruitment Program for over 30 years on university campuses across Belgium, giving companies direct access to a diverse talent pool. Each year the Job Days and Job Fairs are attended by students from a wide range of academic backgrounds.

Our CRP has traditionally been composed of the following elements:

Job Ticket -- Our annual Career guide distributed to 8000 last year students from diverse academic backgrounds featuring company advertisements and profiles.











Job Days -- Two individual company presentations to an interested group of students lasting 50 minutes each.








Job Fair -- A company stand with your representatives providing more information to a continuous flow of interested students.

At AIESEC in Belgium, we aim to constantly ensure that our Job Days and Job Fairs are more than just a graduate recruitment platform. Looking for more opportunities to strengthen your employer brand, and in response to trends in the graduate recruitment market, we’ve upgraded the experiences we provide to our stakeholders, leading to the emergence of the Campus Recruitment eXPerience.


 Job Ticket – Next to company profiles and advertisments you can now also provide interesting articles relevant to your target audience, such as:

  • Skill building topics - CV writing, preparing for an interview or
  • Hot topics - CSR, Entrepreneurship, Emerging markets etc

 Job Days – To break from the rut of the monotonous and predictable company presentations, our partners can now step out of the crowd by delivering powerful presentations providing a clear value-add for the students attending, such as-

  • Soft Skill Trainings – Presentations, Communication, Leadership, Negotiation etc
  • Relevant Issues – CSR, Intrapreneurship, Emerging markets, Diversity at the work place etc
  • Classical company presentation

Job Fair – To provide more interactive opportunities besides the stand, you can now-

  • Book a room were you give a workshop/ session about a HOT topic
  • Book a parallel interview or seminar room

Company Meet and Greet* – To also give you the chance to meet students throughout the year you will have the chance to book-

  • Local Custom event ( Workshops, CV games, Leadership tournament...)
